Before you commission

Can I see pieces before I commission?

Yes — by appointment only. Selected pieces are on display at our own showroom in the West Rand, and a smaller selection at the Play With Me studio in the Lonehill area. Book a viewing and we will confirm the time and send the address privately.

Can I customise everything?

Dimensions, finish, upholstery colour and attachment points can be discussed and confirmed in your quote. Available options depend on the particular build.

What materials do you use?

Furniture frames are fabricated from mild steel with suitable upholstery selected for the design. Leather options are discussed according to the gear being commissioned.

How long does a custom build take?

The current standard lead time is 14–20 working days once your design is confirmed and your build is booked. Larger rooms and specialised builds are scheduled individually. Selected pieces are often already in stock — ask us, and a ready piece can be collected the same week.

Can I pay it off?

Yes. Benches and crosses can be paid off over three months at 0% interest, with nothing up front — your piece is released once it is paid in full. Bundles, extras and full room builds need a 50% reservation fee before work starts.

Do you deliver, and where do I collect?

We do not deliver. All pieces are collection only, from our Krugersdorp workshop or West Rand showroom, by arrangement.

Is the process discreet?

Enquiries are handled privately and collection arrangements are agreed with you before your build is confirmed.

How does furniture hire work?

Selected furniture is available for hire in the Johannesburg area, subject to availability. Collection and return is arranged per booking, from our West Rand showroom or the Play With Me studio in Lonehill. See the hire page for the current pieces and booking arrangements.
